As everyone debates when and how to safely reopen the economy, we decided to speak to some folks who could give us some insights as to how these decisions will be made and why. We spoke with U.S. Senator Shelley Moore Capito about the 2nd round of funding for the S.B.A. and states and how it will be different from the first. Then, we talked with Michael Shermer, publisher of Skeptic Magazine, about the wide variety of COVID-19 conspiracy theories and why people sometimes believe even if there is no good reason to. To wrap up the show, we talked with Roger Congleton, BB&T Professor of Economics at WVU, who told us some of the possible consequences of reopening too soon or too late.
