What’s Next: Ep. 2 – Coronavirus

On the second episode of What's Next we continued to look at all the different ways people's lives have been effected by the Coronavirus pandemic. We spoke with Tazewell Co. Superintendent of Schools Chris Stacy, who told us about what his job means now that VA schools have been closed for the academic year. Then, we chatted with Mike McClanahan, who helps to manage at least 4 or more kinds of businesses that are still open and considered "essential". After that we spoke with Jacki Bentley who works as a server and bartender at The RailYard in Bluefield, WV, which is still open, but only for takeout and delivery. Then, we wrapped things up by talking with my 12 year old daughter Sophie Deal who gave us a kid's perspective of what it's like to be in the middle of this situation and have summer come 2 months early. All that and much more, on this week's episode of What's Next.
