On this episode, the West Virginia Board of Education has declared that they are taking over the Mingo County school system after a probe led to accusations that students are "caught in the middle of political crossfire". Then, WV has now passed a bill declaring the existence of "Single Sex Spaces" and supposedly defining the difference between a man and a woman. Is it just me or is the WV legislature CONSTANTLY thinking about trans people? Stop obsessing about your hidden fetishes at work guys, am I right? Finally, the WV legislature seemed poised to be the first state to pass a bill banning certain food dyes. However, the bill is now stalled even after passing the house and senate and one Republican lawmaker is accusing the Governor of bowing to Big Soda.
