What’s Next 991 (Troll Intervention, 400 Block Blueprint, Foster Lawsuit Dismissal)

On this episode, I spend a lot of time online, but I'm really worried about a lot of folks that spend their time at war in comments sections. Online rage is nothing new, but are we reaching new heights (or lows) of it? Then, a public meeting in Bluefield, WV laid out some of the plans for the now flattened & ready for development section of downtown known as the 400 block. Finally, after years of back and forth a bill alleging the state of WV has violated the constitutional rights of children in the care of the state has been dismissed. The judge's argument for why, as well as the plaintiff's rebuke, both offer what I believe to be very valid points.
