On this episode, WV finally got a disaster declaration, including individual assistance for 4 WV counties (Mercer, McDowell, Wyoming, & Mingo). Then, I talk about my personal belief that the timing had a lot to do with building outrage online. Finally, I had the chance to go to my hometown and talk to some folks on the ground in the relief efforts including Robert Diaz (Owner - Latin Appalachian), Tate Dudgeon (Church Elder - Reclamation Church), and Mary Lewis (Volunteer - Great Lady - My Aunt).
