Then, we spoke with Laura Blankenship of the Better Business Bureau for our "Scam of the Week". This week she told us how contracting scams work these days. It's still an old-school con, but it's got some new tricks. Finally, this year the WV House of Delegates, on day one, changed their rules to exclude public comment in most forms, along with a few other changes that also seem pretty questionable.
