This time we did something a little different as she offered up some New Year's Resolutions to help you steer clear of scammers in the new year. Finally, I dig in to the story of a $5 Million grant from the WV Water Development Authority to an out of state Catholic college that's looking to set up a satellite campus in WV. Especially the part where $1 Million will be used to establish a conservative think tank.
