Then, to celebrate 900 episodes, and to get an update on local storm recovery efforts, I talked with Mercer Co. Commissioner Greg Puckett and Bluefield, WV City Councilman Treyvon Simmons. We discussed immediate needs of local residents, the timeline for recovery, state & federal assistance, and how to plan for future disasters.
