On this episode, as our area and the entire Southeast U.S. gets it's bearing following the damage done by Helene, I do my best to put the scope of the damage into context and provide info about where there is power and when it may come back for the rest of us. Then, I spoke with Laura Blankenship of the Better Business Bureau for our "Scam of the Week" where she told us how scammers are sending false "card declined" messages as a means of starting their scam. Finally, I list as many different resources as I can that are providing food, power, and more to those affected by the storm and subsequent blackouts.
