Then, a child care subsidy program in WV faces a massive shortfall if it isn't rescued and even if fully funded, likely falls far short of how much help the state actually needs. Finally, as a parent, it's obvious that you'll care and have concern for your kids, but no one really prepares you for what to do and how to handle concerns you have about your kid's friends.
