On this episode, I spoke with Cecil Marson (City Manager - Bluefield, WV) and Travis Woods (Director - Recovery Point) about their joint project which will see residents of Recovery Point helping local citizens maintain their property. Then, Fayette County school officials have announced their new Attendance Incentive program for the next school year, and I'll give you the details.
