On this episode, with the new year WV now changes to a state that only requires vehicle inspection once every 2 years. Then, cities large and small across the country are changing or eliminating their parking minimums in order to accommodate more affordable housing and walk-able communities. Finally, I take a look back at fatalities inside of Southern Regional Jail in the year 2023. While it might not be able to match the year before, SRJ is still far from where it needs to be.
