Then, I spoke with Hayley Myers (Better Business Bureau) for our "Scam of the Week" segment, in which she warned that these monsters are out here stealing folks money by offering "deals" on the season's hottest toys, never sending the toy, and pilfering everything they can with your info. Finally, I once again spoke with JM Pedini (Development Director - National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws & Executive Director for VA). Jan. 1, 2024 was supposed to be the beginning of retail recreational marijuana sales, but now it won't be and JM was kind enough top help me understand the law as it is right now.
