On this episode, a local business has once again stepped up to sponsor adoption fees at the Mercer County Animal Shelter, meaning that for a limited, you can get a free pet.... AGAIN. Then, the Tazewell County Board of Supervisors is proposing an ordinance to address complaints about trash. Finally, I had the chance to talk with Jamie Smith and Jason Lockart of the Beckley non-profit WV Collective, about their ridiculously fun upcoming event (which I'm lucky enough to MC) The 4th Annual Great Beckley Beer Festival.
