On this episode, news has leaked regarding the number and severity of charges that former President Donald Trump will be indicted with. Then, WV Gov. Jim Justice has allowed a bill to become law that says a private or home school student can participate on a local school's sports team. Finally, U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito recently sponsored 3 bills meant to combat drugs in the US and WV. 2 of 3 seem good, but the third leaves me with big questions.
