On this episode, the federal government once again shows a kind of mercy to banks that we could only dream of when we've over-drafted our accounts. Then, after seemingly dying in committee the WV bill to ban marriage under 18 has returned, but is no longer an outright ban. Finally, WV Gov. Jim Justice is once again touting how much money the state has and I, being the bummer I am, have to ask some pesky questions about all that.
