On this episode, a recent Politico poll shows Jim Justice with a 10 point advantage over Joe Manchin if the race were held today and I discuss why I think the poll is accurate and how the only person that can take this lead from Jim Justice, is Jim Justice. Then, in a recent decision, the D.E.A. has decided to include THC Delta-8 (and similar synthesized chemical compounds) on the Schedule 1 list of drugs. Finally, as part of an ongoing series of interviews and conversations to celebrate Black History Month, (brought to you in part, by Bluefield State University) I spoke with Sarah Ponder, who became the first African-American female conductor for Norfolk Southern's Pocahontas Division in 1998. She was kind enough to share some stories and lessons learned from her career.
