On this episode, some rare good news on the educational front out of WVU. As Dr. Ayne Amjad moves into a new role with corrections in the state, she has called for more drug treatment in jails, which prompts questions like "Why not?" but also "Could they even handle that in their current state?" Finally, a new lawsuit against WV, brought by a company that produces what is commonly referred to as the "abortion pill" relies on the argument that Federal directives and laws trump those of the state, but will the argument hold any weight?
