I spoke with Dale Lee (President - West Virginia Education Association) about Wheeling Hospital's announcement that starting in July, they'll no longer accept P.E.I.A. patients. As the head of a union whose membership is almost entirely on P.E.I.A. insurance, he has been following this issue and has some thoughts about what needs to be done.
