On this episode, I discussed once again the importance of the people in your community who make things happen and encourage you to remember that you can absolutely be one of those people. There's no reason a good idea can't turn into a great thing. Then, I discussed the legislature's reaction to the report that detailed problems within the WV DHHR, but advised against splitting the agency up. Finally, I spoke with the director (Jason Lockart) and 3 cast members (Ashley McGuffin, Ashley Ward, & Samantha Ingram) of WV Collective's recent sold-out production of the musical "9 to 5". We talked about what the play meant to them and to the community.
