Manager - The RailYard (who has to do a fair bit of hiring in her work) about how the labor market, the practice of hiring, and what it takes to keep folks onboard has changed. Then, we spoke with Christina Baisden (President - Beckley Pride) about their upcoming Pride festival, the progress that has been made, and the struggles that remain. We even took a little time at the end to talk about what it's like to grow up with guns, to like guns, to believe in the right to own guns, but also be in favor of some type of reform.
