What’s Next 376 (Jacki Bentley, Bad Gang Names, Data, Privacy, & Women, ATVs in Bluefield)

On this episode, I was fortunate enough to have Jacki Bentley in the studio with me as we discussed a number of topics some of which were way overdue for a woman's perspective. First up, further information released about a man in custody related to a Bluefield shooting reveals suspicions regarding a previous murder and connections to a gang. Jacki and I take this opportunity to give our critique regarding the name of the gang. After all, you don't get a second chance at a first impression. Then, we talk about an unsettling trend where apps used to track women's periods may be selling off data that is more sensitive than ever (and could soon have legal ramifications) to the highest bidder. We transitioned from this into a conversation about the misconceptions people still seem to have about abortions, the women that have them, and WHY. Finally, we finish the show with a discussion about ATVs in Bluefield. What is the best way to bring more business into the city without creating a nuisance for the residents and law enforcement?
