In honor of Women's History Month, I thought it would be worthwhile to talk to 4 women in leadership positions at their job about what that means in today's world. I spoke with Emma Bailey (General Manager) & Jacki Bentley (Front of House Manager) from The RailYard restaurant & bar in Bluefield, WV, Lori Charles-Stacy (Executive Director) with the Tazewell Co. Chamber of Commerce, & Lee-Anne Greene (Dealer) of Cole Chevy in Bluefield, WV. We discussed everything from changing gender dynamics and management styles to the tried and true tactics employed by women working their way up in a man's world.
