On this episode, first we discuss the Department of Justice decision to weigh in on the ACLU lawsuit against WV over House bill 3293 which prevents transgender athletes on girls' sports teams. After that, the Affordable Care Act or "Obamacare" has once again resisted a Supreme Court challenge and for reasons directly related to why the challenge arose in the first place. Then, I interview Cody Stiltner about his business SWVA Cannabis Solutions, which seeks to help residents of Virginia that want to, as of July 1st, legally grow marijuana. Finally, I take a moment to talk about our newest federal holiday, Juneteenth.
