On this episode, I discuss WV Senate bill 588 which seeks to make all county Boards of Education submit to the will of the State Board of Education, whom the WV Legislature also seeks control over. My question is, do these bills go against the basic conservative principle of more local control whenever possible? I also talk about the groundbreaking/naming ceremony for the new transportation center being built in Bluefield and what it could mean for the area. I wrap up the show by chatting with Phil Akers. He owns the building housing an all new True Value Hardware and explained what all goes into the process of transforming an empty building into a retail chain location.
