In this episode I discuss the resurfacing debate about the filibuster. First by discussing President Biden's comments and Mitch McConnell's "scorched earth" response, then by revisiting my interview with Perry Dane, who is a professor of constitutional law at Rutgers U.-Camden where we discuss the history of the filibuster and possible reforms. I wrap the show with an interview with W.V.E.A. President Dale Lee about the passage of a bill to penalize striking teachers and all things education that are currently happening at the capitol.
