On this (1,000th!!!) episode, I start by telling the tale of the shows birthday right around 5 years ago. Then, I spoke with Hayley Myers of the Better Business Bureau for our "Scam of the Week" which is Travel Scams. With the weather warming up, scammers are on the hunt for your vacation dollars. After that, I talked with 2 of my best friends, but also 2 of the very first guests I ever had on the show, Bill Fraley & Jenn Frame. We talk about their experiences making stressful decisions involving university students and nursing home patients and we talk about the lessons and memories that stick with us the most. Finally, I had the great fortune to interview my very own daughter, Sophie. I talked with her a couple of times earlier on in the show to discuss remote learning and going to school when she couldn't go to school. Now, she returns to the show on the verge of graduation and with some stark insights about the intellectual abilities and work habits of her peers. This is just the start of an entire week of episodes catching up with as many of my favorite guests and topics as possible.
