Then, it was time for our monthly "Meeting with the Managers" where I sit down with Cecil Marson (City Manager - Bluefield, WV) and Andrew Hanson (Town Manager - Bluefield, VA) where of course the main topic was recovery efforts following the apparently unprecedented storm that just devastated our area and massive chunks of the Southeast U.S.
