On this episode, bids are now being accepted and meetings are being held about the next phases of construction for the King Coal Highway. Then, as downtown Bluefield, WV nears the end of it massive demolition efforts, business owners are realizing the big changes coming soon. Finally, I had the chance to chat once again with Christina Baisden (President - Beckley Pride) about the closure of Fruits of Labor in Beckley. Christina has been closely following council meetings around this and related issues for months and we discussed how it all ended up this way, and what's next for downtown Beckley.
