On this episode, the idea of "Harper's Home", which is to be Tazewell County's first foster care shelter, has been in development for a while. Only problem is, some people are much more worried about their property values than they are about children in foster care. Then, members of WV Gov. Jim Justice's say that it''s a dangerous move for the legislature to send a letter to the US Treasury Dept, but not because they've done anything wrong though... for totally different reasons, that totally make sense.
