On this episode, after the announcement of an additional $45.2 million in punitive damages awarded by the jury in the case of Alex Jones, I take a moment to talk about where we are in this moment of unprecedented mass communication. Then, the WV Public Service Commission is considering rate increase proposals from natural gas companies and telling West Virginians how to find charities to help when the bills are too high. Finally, after the WV Governor, Senate, and House couldn't agree on a bill to reduce taxes, I suspected they may cobble their ideas into some sort of Franken-Bill and they didn't let me down.
