In this episode, I start off talking about the legal defeat handed to the city of Bluefield regarding how they assess street fees, what they're expected to pay back, and why they plan to appeal. After that, I move on to the ever expanding role of charter schools in WV as the legislature knock down one obstacle after another to put them in place, regardless of what they promised earlier. Finally, we revisit WV Governor Jim Justice's lawsuit against Carter Bank & Trust, which the defendant claims to be a stall tactic.
