In this episode, I talk about the VA legislature voting to approve Governor Northam's amendments to the marijuana legalization bill, including the one that moves the legal date up to July of this year. Then, much like the WV legislature, I do my best to comprehend an awful lot of number in a short amount of time and discuss where the effort to remove income taxes in WV currently stands. Lastly, I speak with Adam Taylor, and attorney with Taylor & Hinkle in Beckley. He has extensive experience in family, divorce, and custody law and he also has several concerns about a bill before the WV legislature that would start from the assumption of a 50/50 split in WV custody cases.
