On this episode, I start off discussing VA Governor Ralph Northam's proposed amendment to the marijuana legalization bill that would move the legal date from 2024 to July of this year. Then, I spoke with C.J. Drake - owner of "Drake's Place", a restaurant opening soon in downtown Bluefield, WV. We talk about what inspired him and what the process of making it a reality is like. I finish the show interviewing McDowell County Sheriff James Muncy. He and his officers recently conducted a "saturation patrol" and he was kind enough to explain what that is and also to talk about the trends in crime and drug use that McDowell County law enforcement is currently dealing with.
